Plastic Stockist offers a selection of ventilated soffits. K.Vent Soffit boards (9mm thickness) are preventilated with option of 10mm air gap or 25mm air gap available. K. Clad shiplap vented soffit, preventilated interlocking soffit boards are also available in 100mm or 150mm wide all in brilliant white and joints to match.

Ventilated soffits used to cover the underside of overhanging section of a roof eave. These PVC ventilated soffits create a decorative look while making the area easy to clean and maintain. Ventilated soffits allow air to pass through the soffit.
