Common uses for Nylatron GS Sheet

Nylatron GS or Nylon (Ertalon) is commonly used to replace metal gears which create noise, wear mating parts and require lubrication. Gears machined from Ertalon / Nylatron nylons can solve the problems of metal gears. Nylon gears can reduce noise, eliminate the need for lubrication and act as a sacrificial link in a system, thus saving destruction of other costly components.
